How much does a video cost?

Do you do photos too?
Yes. You can view photo samples by viewing the Portfolio page.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:
What type of equipment do you use?

All videos are filmed with cinema quality cameras, lenses, and stabilizing equipment, which is similar to the quality and equipment used by some independent filmmakers. We have the ability to shoot in 4k at 30fps with both ground and aerial equipment.

How long does it take to film a video?
Here is a rough estimate on time:
– Standard residential home (video only): 1-2 hours
– Standard residential home (video and photos): 2-3 hours
– Luxury residential home (video only): 3-4 hours
– Luxury residential home (video and photos): 4-8 hours
– Ultra-luxury residential home (video only): 4-10 hours
– Ultra-luxury residential home (video and photos): 1-3 days

You do not have to be present the entire time, but please ensure that the property is in good showing condition.

When do I receive a final video?
Turnaround is based on the amount of time required for editing. Video turnaround for a standard residential home can be as soon as two days and photo turnaround for a standard residential home can be as soon as the next day.

What is the length of the final video?
Most videos are usually between 1-3 minutes.

Can I choose the background music?
Clients can use their own background music, assuming the music does not have any licensing restrictions, or choose from our existing library of royalty free music.

What if I need to make changes after the final video is completed (i.e. narration edits, new additional scenes…etc.)?
Changes can be made for an additional editing fee.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS:
I do not know much about the technical video specs, can you help me?

Yes. We can explain and work with you throughout the entire process. Some common things we help clients with include: 1) What “uploading the video” means 2) How to upload the video to the MLS, VRBO.com, YouTube.com, or other Web sites 3) How to email the video to clients/brokers, 4) How to setup a YouTube channel.

Can I upload my video to sites like the MLS?
Yes. The MLS requires that all videos must be “unbranded”, which means that the videos cannot contain any of the real estate agents’ contact information. Clients in need of posting their videos on the MLS will receive: 1) An unbranded version (for the MLS) and 2) A branded version with their contact info.

Can I upload my video to other sites, such as Realtor.com, VRBO.com, or AirBnb.com?
Yes.
